Let's figure out what's going on with your cats
Book a free 30 minutes with me. You tell me what's happening, and I'll break down what I believe is happening and whether I'm the right person to help. Pick a time below.
Bring: a rough timeline of when this started and any meds your cats are on. That's it.
Calendar isn't loading? Email me at hello@juliaandjoff.com with a couple of times that work and I'll come back with a confirmation.
Teddy & Lucy
12 weeks after we started the ‘Bank Account Method’.
These are my cats. A year ago they couldn't be in the same room without Teddy attacking Lucy. Now, I walk into the room and they just casually hang together on the window sill. Still kinda blows my mind.
What to Expect
Here's how the 30 minutes go
You talk, I listen.
Tell me about your cats. How long this has been going on, what set it off, what you've tried. Be honest. The messy details are the useful ones.
I'll tell you exactly what I think is driving it.
Not "every cat is different, hard to say." I'll tell you specifically what I think is behind the aggression, whether that's fear, redirected frustration, a bad first introduction, or something else. And I'll tell you whether what I do can actually fix it.
You'll leave with a clear next step.
If we're a good fit, I'll walk you through what working together looks like. If we're not, I'll tell you that and point you to someone who can actually help. Either way, you hang up knowing exactly what your next move is.

"Before we started the program we felt like Cornelius and Winnie would always have to be separated. But we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel."

"After 3 years of introducing a new cat, we were still having aggression incidents. Joff's detailed explanations have been so helpful. It's still a process, but we are seeing positive changes."

Who You'll Be Talking To
I'm Joff. A few years ago my cats Teddy and Lucy were at war, and I spent months with them behind closed doors trying everything the internet told me to try. None of it stuck. Then I found something that actually worked: small, intentional positive moments between them — one at a time, like deposits into their relationship. That's what I call the bank account method, and it changed everything.
Now I help other people do the same thing. The program I run, From Fighting to Friendship, is built on a course I co-created with Stephen, a certified animal behaviourist with 24 years experience. He knows feline behaviour science cold. I know what it's like to be up at midnight wondering if the cats will ever stop fighting — and how to actually get past it.
