What people are saying

These are the people who've been where you are.

Cat parents I've worked through this with. They came in where you are now. Here's where they ended up.

Google Review from Zoë Beery

"Before we started the program we felt like Cornelius and Winnie would always have to be separated. That we would have closed doors in the house and limited time with each. But we can now see the light at the end of the tunnel."

Google Review from Rachel Packer
Google Review from Alexa Carvalho

"After 3 years of introducing a new cat, we were still having aggression incidents. Joff's detailed explanations have been so helpful. We found that the source was not territorial as we expected. It's still a process, but we are seeing positive changes."

Stephen is Stephen Quandt, certified feline behaviourist and my program co-creator. His reviews span 24 years of cases — the ones above are a small selection.

What you get

From Fighting to Friendship

Three months. 15 minutes a day. Most people do it before their morning coffee. Not something you add to an already exhausting routine — it replaces it.

The course

The full Bank Account Method, step by step. Distance-based sessions, then shared meals, then supervised proximity. Clear criteria for when to move forward — no guessing, no midnight googling.

Bi-weekly 1:1 calls

30 minutes, just you and me. We look at what's actually happening with your cats, what's working, what to do next. Not generic coaching — calibrated to your specific situation.

WhatsApp support

The "is this normal?" message at 9pm. The setback panic. The video you want a second pair of eyes on. Send it. I'll answer. This is the gap that stretched my own process out far longer than it should have been.

Personalised 7-Day Quick Start Plan

A 1:1 onboarding call within 24 hours of joining. We map out the first week for your specific cats, your home, your situation. You start the next morning — not after working through three course modules first.

5

I only take on 5 active families at a time.

The calls and WhatsApp support are real — I can't give that to thirty people. When the 5 spots are full, the next person waits.

Case Study

Teddy & Lucy. A relationship I nearly gave up on.

We brought Lucy home from Cyprus and introduced her to Teddy too fast. He attacked her. Within days every door in the house was closed. Lucy lived in a separate room. Teddy was on fluoxetine — a shell of himself. We'd taken her in to give her a better life. Instead she was locked in a bedroom.

I tried everything. Three Feliway diffusers. Scent swapping. Feeding through a sealed door. Months in, no real progress.

Teddy and Lucy sharing the window perch Teddy and Lucy curled up together

Now? It's almost surreal how normal it is.

They share the window perch in the morning. They curl up on the same bed in the afternoon — not touching, but close enough that I have to step around them. When Lucy wants the radiator spot Teddy has, she just walks up and stares him out of it. Boring sibling stuff.

The other day my fiancée called out "have you seen Lucy?" from the kitchen. "Where's Teddy?" I asked back. We found them both on the window perch, side by side, watching a pigeon on the railing — looking like they had no clue why anyone would be concerned.

That's the bar. Not "they tolerate each other." Not "they manage." Two cats who actually choose to be in the same room. That's what From Fighting to Friendship is built to get you to.

Is this for you?

Let's check fit before we start.

This is for you if

  • You have 2 or more cats and at least one pair that can't get along.
  • You can give the cats some kind of separated space initially — doesn't have to be a whole room. A baby gate set-up works.
  • You're willing to do 5–15 minutes of structured work a day for 12 weeks.
  • You want a method, not a magic bullet.

This is NOT for you if

  • You want a one-call diagnosis and a list of products to buy.
  • You suspect the aggression is medical — the vet is your first call, not me.
  • You're looking for a fluoxetine-and-hope plan.
  • You're not willing to do daily sessions for 90 days.

Not sure which side you're on? Book a call and I'll tell you straight.

The Guarantee

The Cat Harmony Double Guarantee

You take zero risk on this. Two guarantees, both stacked in your favour:

1

Get there in 90 days, or I keep working with you for free.

If we work the program for 90 days and your cats still aren't getting along, I continue at no extra cost — until they do, or you tell me to stop.

2

Refund anytime — no explanation needed.

Week one, week eight, anywhere in between — if you decide it's not for you, I refund you in full. No questions, no before/afters.

If the method didn't hold up, I couldn't offer this. I can, so I do.

Questions

The things people usually want to know

"What actually happens during the 90 days?"

Within 24 hours of joining, we have a 1:1 onboarding call to map out your first week — your cats, your home, your specific situation. You start the next morning, not after grinding through three course modules.

From there: short daily sessions (5–15 minutes), bi-weekly 30-min check-in calls with me, WhatsApp open between sessions for the "is this normal?" moments. The course walks you through the Bank Account Method step by step. The calls and WhatsApp keep you on track when reality doesn't match the plan.

"How much does it cost?"

€197 right now. That's beta pricing while I'm still building out my body of case studies. The plan is to raise it to €399 once I have 30 documented client outcomes.

I work with no more than 5 active families at a time — when those 5 spots are full, the next person waits or doesn't get in this round. Book a call and let's see if we're a fit before either the price moves or the spots fill.

"I've tried Feliway, fluoxetine, the Jackson Galaxy method. What makes this different?"

Those approaches manage the environment between the cats. The Bank Account Method changes how the cats feel about each other. That's a different job. You can do every step Jackson Galaxy describes perfectly and still end up where you are — because nothing in that approach is built to rewire the emotional response.

"How long does this actually take?"

Most clients see real change in 3–4 weeks. By week 8–10, the cats are usually together for stretches. Some cases take longer — especially with multi-year separation or repeat trauma. 90 days covers the program structure. The guarantee covers the cases that need more.

"What does the Cat Harmony Double Guarantee cover, exactly?"

Two things. 1. If we hit 90 days and your cats still aren't getting along, I keep working with you at no extra cost until they do or you tell me to stop. 2. If at any point during the program you decide it's not for you, I refund you in full. No questions, no before/afters.

"My living space is small / I have kids / my partner isn't fully on board. Does that wreck this?"

No. The method works in studio apartments. It works with kids, dogs, and partners who don't quite get it. We adapt the deposits to your reality on the onboarding call.

About

Meet Joff & Stephen

I'm Joff. I have seven cats — which tells you either that I love cats unconditionally, or that I have no self-preservation instincts. Probably both.

Most of what I know about cat aggression I learned the hard way. A failed introduction that ended in blood. A year of closed doors and rotating schedules. Sleeping on the sofa so no cat would be alone at night. When we finally reached out for help, our top pick — the one with the best reviews, the one we really wanted — sent back one email: "Your situation isn't solvable, so I can't take it on."

Didn't even want to try.

I built this because that's not an acceptable answer.

Stephen is the behaviourist. 24 years in the field, over a thousand households. He's worked with cases that other professionals had already given up on — which, if you've been told your situation is hopeless, should mean something to you.

What we've built together is the combination that was missing when I needed it: the clinical framework for why cats escalate and what actually changes that — paired with the on-the-ground reality of what it looks like to live through it, make mistakes, and come out the other side.

You get both.
